My apartment was recently renewed, it is perfectly clean. I often have to leave Paris for work, so I think it would be a waste to leave it empty!
It is located in a great neighborhood, in a safe building with an elevator, it is very quiet, perfectly furnished... You just need to drop your luggages, and you're home! I hope you will enjoy your experience at the apartment.

The space
The apartment is at the 3rd floor of a nice building with an elevator. It falls on two different courtyards on each side which makes it very calm and quiet.
It is composed of a nice bedroom with toilets and the bathroom, one kitchen fully furnished, and the large living-room that can host an additional person on the convertible sofa.

This is clearly one of the best areas in Paris, everybody will tell you so. There are a lot of very nice restaurants, cocktail bars, typically french restaurants, many subways, and shops are open on Sundays in my neighborhood, which is pretty rare in the city.
