Nous proposons une chambre avec balcon dans notre appartement T3, en étage élevé dans un immeuble situé dans le quartier de la Part-Dieu. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial / métro Part-Dieu et à moins de 10 minutes de la gare.
We have an available bedroom with a huge balcony in our 3 rooms flat. It's a high floor with a great view appartment, located near the Part Dieu mall (barely 5 min walk). The train station and the subway are less than 10 min walk.

The space
Son principal atout : le balcon sans vis-à-vis et la vue! La chambre à louer est spacieuse et lumineuse et bénéficie d'un accès direct au balcon. Elle est orientée au sud et permet de voir les Alpes au loin par beau temps.

Its main asset : the huge balcony ! The renting bedroom is spacious with a lot of light (it's oriented south) and you can see "les Alpes" when the weather allows it.

Stationnement payant dans notre rue sauf soir (à partir de 19h), nuit et dimanche, un parking gratuit à environ 5-10 mn à pied.
A 25mn à pied environ du Parc de la tête-d'Or ("le poumon vert" de Lyon) et du centre-ville.

The neighborhood is well served by the public transport. You can very easily go downtown or anywhere in the city in less than 30min.
The appartment il very close to the mall "la part dieu" (s quite expensive but you can find a free parking about 10 min walk away from the appartment if you are lucky to find a spot.
