This is the ideal spot to enjoy the coolest area of Paris with a short budget. I am a student doing a Master in Management in Paris. I chose this studio because it is perfectly located between the Marche des Enfants Rouges and Le Carreau du Temple.
The space
It a small studio, recommended for one people (but I lived for a month with my girlfriend). Anyway, it can host more people (up to 4) because the sofa can be used as a double bed. It is not recommended to be 3 or 4 in terms of space, but you certainly can do it.
Other things to note
It is a 'chambre de bonne' on a fifth floor with no elevator.
The upstairs' bed can get a big hot on summer, there is a fan but you can also choose to sleep downstairs.
