My studio is on the seventh floor, with elevator. It's 18m2 and very luminous. The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. Shelving is available...

Guests have access to the 18m2. They can use all of the appliances in the apartment (ex: kettle, microwave, electric cooker, television…)
Other things to note
There are both Velib (bikes) and Autolib (small electric car) stands in my street.
There is a typical Parisian food market every Friday afternoon at the top of my street.
There's a hairdryer available and an iron for your clothes.
