Welcome in my charming sunny 82 sq meter flat located in a fun, lively, safe and central area of Paris! I rent 1 or 2 bedrooms in my flat. All real good quality beds. Metro is less than 1 bloc as well as all commodities. The flat is bright and colorful, it has good vibes! This page is for the green bedroom with bed 160x200, quiet and peacefull, sunny in the afternoon. Proper desk and wifi. IMPORTANT the flat is in the 4th stairs WITH NO ELEVATOR, and I have a CAT I do take care of. Welcome home!

The flat is a beautiful flat near Bastille, 15mn walk from Place des Vosges and Le Marais. It has a lot of charm, it is simply and nicely decorated, cosy and sunny , with parquet and moldings.

It is a 82m square flat with 3 bedrooms and a living room.

The bedroom I rent has a double bed for 2 persons, bed size 160x200 with tasteful linen. It is very quiet and sunny in the afternoon. The area is fun and close to everything, metro, supermarkets, shoping.
There are plenty of the best restaurants in Paris very close, lively markets, nice greenwalks, walks by the Seine, it is what we call the Bobo Bourgeois Boheme area! Many metro stations (line 8+1+9), buses to st germain, to Le Louvres, taxi stations. Parking place down the street. Ideal for visiting.
Many very nice typical french café with terrace just in our street, top restaurants, good places for wine in the district.
Walking distance to Place des Vosges, le Marais Walking distance to the oldest typical parisian Marché d'Aligre Walking distance to cinemas, opera.
