Welcome To Yannis.
This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach.

The space
Built into the side of the hill and under our other rooms please be aware that this structure has a lower than normal ceiling height. Up to 6foot tall, your ok. There is one window at the front, but the back end of the studio has no window, including the bathroom, that has an air extractor. You will have your own small private balcony.

STRICTLY No Parties Or Loud Music.

Towels changed every 2 days. Bed linen every 3 days.
