in area-Athina, GreeceHere is my favorite walk from when I lived here with my wife:
You start walking from Kerameikos archaeological site through Ermou street to Thissio, through the cafes on Apostolou Pavlou str. to the Pnyx and Filopappou Hill. Then to the Odeon of Herodes Atticus and through Dionysiou Aeropagitou to the Acropolis Museum. From there through Plaka to Monastiraki and through Adrianou back to Thissio and then back home through Ermou str.
I always loved to walk out of the door and be within minutes in places that people come to enjoy and relax. More important than the short distance from the points of interest is the nice route you can take through all these points starting from home.
I lived here for three years with my wife and always enjoyed the walks in the historical center with our friends. Now I'm happy to share the experience with you, my friends from around the world!
