A traditional, stone built house constructed utilizing local skills resulting in a bioclimatic quality residence. Set in a private land of 1200m2, offering a unique Cycladic setting, relaxing veranda views and holiday experience. Situated 9km from Tinos town. It accommodates 2-4 people. Pets may be allowed upon request. Due to traditional low rise stone fencing by the road, the house is not suitable for children below the age of ten.

The space
The construction of the bioclimatic house maintains healthy temperatures without the use of airconditioning. However, a ceiling fan is available in the main bedroom should outside temperatures become extreme (a very fair phenomenon on Tinos island). Kithen area and cooking facilities (gas stove, electrical oven, and a grill) are available to guests. Filter coffee and Nespresso machines are also available.
