All is within walking distance from here, bars restaurants, arts venues and local sites are a stroll. We are down town but tucked beneath Lycabettus Hill, one of Athens' best natural hidaways with foresty walks and panoramic views of the Acropolis, reaching out to the sea. Ideal for jogging and dog walks which are local activities. Take the metro or enjoy the walk but street parking is free and easy too. We are quietly set between Kolonaki's hip city life and Exarchia's bohemian style.

The space
This is a sun lit, 30's built two storey private home which was recently refurbished. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood but also central. The bedrooms are spacious with air condition in each one, there is a balcony in one bedroom and another one to share at the living room. Each room has fresh linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen which you are free to use including coffee, pantry foods etc.

This is a wonderful neighborhood, its favourite feature for me is Lycabettus for its natural beauty and views of Athens and peacefulness. It has an outdoor amphitheater for live concerts in the summer, and St.George at the top with a restaurant too. You can walk to the top or take the cable car. Just off my street every Tuesday, there is a market for fresh fruit & vegetables which is perect. On the same street we have a supermarket and at the end of the road there are two most interesting venues. lleana Tounta Contemporary Art Center with its beautiful garden restaurant and a fantastic coctail bar & restaurant further down called Balthazar which i think you need to book. A walk further on towards the Megaron Mousikis, Athens main concert Hall you will reach upon Mavili Square, one of Athens' most hippest meeting points with bars all around, the amazing 'Flower Bar' for superb pizza and home made gingerale and the reputable Mikke pastry shop.
