- It's a trendy area but you can also enjoy the calm and the serenity
- The yard is quite nice actually. You can use the red table and pick as many chairs you like.
- There are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, just ask me and I will recommend you the best ones. I have tried them all I guess...
- My neighbors are really nice, it looks like a community of young people.
- Shopping is super-easy

J'ai mon appartement dans l'endroit que je voulais habiter depuis toujours et je comprends vraiment que tout le monde aime se promener la Bastille, faire les boutiques ou prendre un verre en terrasse. // I actually own the place in a central district I always wanted to live in and I understand that people like to wander around or go to the cafés' terrasses. Je suis freelance, j'habite sur place, j'ai beaucoup de temps pour moi, j'aime sortir mais aussi dormir, j'ai le calme absolu dans l'appartement ça tombe bien. // I'm a Freelancer, I live here and I have a lot of time for myself. I also like to sleep in the calm and this is fortunately what I have here. Je ne pourrais pas me passer d'une bonne nuit, de mon ordinateur, de mon appareil photo, de voyages et de relations amicales. // I couldn't do without a good night, my computer, vacations in the South of France and friends! Mes destinations préférées, aller à Biarritz, où j'ai rencontré des gens extraordinaires par Air Bnb, il faut le souligner. J'aimerais beaucoup retourner dans les Antilles, je suis allé deux fois à la Martinique et j'ai vraiment beaucoup aimé. // My favourite destinations are Biarritz in the South-western France, where I met extraordinary people through Air BnB. I would definitively love to go back to The French West Indies in the Carrabean, where I already went twice :-) you have to check it out.
