Lovely apartment, situated on the top floor, overlooking a peaceful courtyard with trees. Very quiet. Bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing and a desk. Living room with a sofa (convertible into a bed for 2), with open access to a small, fully equipped kitchen (grill-oven-microwave, stove, fridge & freezer, washing machine). Separated small entrance. Bathroom (large shower: 120x80, washing basin, toilet, towel-dryer). Wi-fi. Very nicely furnished, serene atmosphere, large windows, bright, with a Parisian feel to it.
The flat is located in the 10th arrondissement, a 5 min walk from the very pictoresque Canal St Martin, where one finds many cafés and restaurants with terrasse seating. It is also very conveniently located with respect to the two train stations, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, ideal for those arriving by Eurostar or Thalys.
