This studio is located just across from the famous BON MARCHE department store and at the exit of the metro station
It has a superb view overlooking the parisian rooftops and a nice courtyard and is located within walking distance to Louvre museum, Orsay museum and lots of nice restaurants and stores
For a truly parisian experience walk to the Cafe de la Croix Rouge a few meters and have a breakfast or a quick lunch

Step out of the building and you are in the heart of saint-germain and yet the neighborhood is quiet
Turning right towards boulevard Raspail you will see the famous Lutetia Hotel, the incredible maison du chocolat shop where you can stop just to taste their macarons
If you continue a few meters you arrive at the place du croix rouge where you have to enjoy at least once their famous saint- germain sandwich (toasted poilane bred with roastbeef and pickles) add some mustard and sip a french beer
From there on you enter the famous boulevard saint germain with the two equally celebrated cafe des deux magots and cafe flor
It is a unique place to live like the parisians
