There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Both beds can accomodate double. The inside of the flat is renewed, where the kitchen, bathroom and all the rooms are in good conditions.

The appartement includes an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a diswasher, a washer - dryer and an iron.

Neighborbood Overview:

La Butte aux Cailles is one of the few neighborhoods of the 13th arrondissement of Paris and to have kept its quaintness and physiognomy of small village.
Elsewhere, the old quarters of the Place d'Italie or Tolbiac have given way to large sets of turns on a former industrial fabric ( Grands Moulins de Paris , factory Panhard et Levassor , Sudac Factory , Say candy, etc. ) . The cobbled streets of the Butte aux Cailles they are lined with bars , restaurants, or houses with green courtyards and colored doors .
Our neighborhood is very cosmopolitan , you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. We live in this area for over 5 years and we will provide a list of our favorite places so that you can find the best croissants, go shopping , eat a good meal at the French , Belgian beer discover , buy organic products or drink a good coffee at a sunny terrace.
