The space
The apartment is 50m² big, has two rooms plus a bathroom and a big entrance. In the bedroom, there is a French, very confortable Bed for two, a desk and a TV. The living room has a great couch that can be transformed into a soft confortable bed for two.
So in total there can sleep up to 4 guests in the apartment.

Guest access
You can use the whole apartment, only a part of the entrance room wardrobe is locked for
maintenance stuff. In the basement, there is a washing machine, whith separate charge.

The neighborhood is friendly and offers a lot of things to do. There are parks, the great shopping street, and the best connections. Here is a new growing part of vienna, in the center, because the city is always changing!!! (no worries, construction work is already finished)
There is a nice Pizzaria next to the apartment, also traditional Restaurants and a lot of Restaurants in the shopping street near.

Travel Details from the host -> I love hanging around with my friends, doing technical stuff and traveling. My Job at IBM supports the last part and is a great experience. As I am living a lot in hotels for business, I saw the needs there and tried to solve this in our apartment =)
