My room is about 25 sm big and is directly connected to the living room and the balcony. Both are separated by doors from the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is very bright and quite! It is located only 3 walking min. from the metro and you can reach the city center in only 8 min. with the tram. The apartment is in the second floor (without elevator) and is fully equiped! It has also a safety door.
