The space
This semi-basement studio (no balcony) provides great open space feels, cooler vibes in the heat of the summer (which is great after a long day on the beach) and a unique Grecian feel with the stone arch. Although equipped with air conditioning, you can avoid running the a/c in the summer as the semi-basement unit stays much cooler in the summer. The windows are ground level and look out to the garden area. They are all equipped with screens.
