Ampelos deluxe lodge is located in the village Episkopi; 15 km outside Rethimnon city. Ampelos is situated next to the garden and our historic vineyard with fantastic views to White Mountains, olive groves and has a large private balcony. It has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two single beds, an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom & bathroom. In all rooms there is air-conditioning, satellite TV and high speed Internet.

The space
The design principles followed were the impact of the buildings on the environment and the relation between indoor and outdoor spaces. The construction arrangements, the sequence of rooms, the adaptation to climate change were also important. Preserving agricultural land around the residences was a priority. Our aim was to create cozy hospitable spaces with respect to history and the landscape.
