An artist and an art curator (Antonis and Sofia) created a unit of houses with a flirt to the architect Le Corbusier´s famous house Le Cabanon - everything a person need without excess space, in the stunning surrounding nature (of endless olive trees in our case) and with a sea view and access to a quiet beach just 10 mins away.

Similar to Le Corbusier´s vision, each of these houses is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.
