It can accomodate up to 8 people (3 seperate bedrooms and a double sofa bed). With just a 30-minute drive guests can enjoy the famous Falassarna beach and the stunning Balos Lagoon. Ideal retreat for a relaxing family vacation, exploring the gems of this beautiful island and enjoying the famous Cretan hospitality.

Guests can enjoy the entire first floor of Clementine villa. There are 3 bedrooms available. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 semi-double single beds. Ideal for one or two families vacation. 2 Bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, garden, outdoor seating, TV, internet, private parking.

Skoutelonas is a small village between Tavronitis and Kolimbari in the west of Crete. The distance to Kolimvari is 2 kilometers where you can find supermarkets and coffee shops and to Chania 22 kilometers (15 minute drive). The vibrant tourist resort of Platanias is 10 kilometers away. Visiting tourists can enjoy the nearby beach too. The houses in Skoutelonas are surrounded by flowers and most of them have a garden where residents grow vegetables for their own use. The area around Skoutelonas is quite flat. There are fields where grapes are grown for wine and there are fields with all kinds of vegetables. At the nearby farms chickens, ducks, turkeys and goats run around.
