Travel Details from the host -> Mark and Peter are expats living in Greece with 45 years of combined time spent exploring Paros. Mark is an architect and designed the homes to reflect the architecture of the island. White marble floors inside and out, Pentelic marble kitchen sinks, hand made cabinetry, windows and doors. The homes are oriented to take advantage of maxiumum sunlight and the bedrooms are located downstairs to ensure cool nights in the summer. Peter is a fundraiser, business man and long time fan of Paros. He first visited the island in 1984 and has been coming back ever summer since. Ten years ago he moved to Greece and opened a food company selling traditional Greek products that are now available in over 600 gourmet food stores worldwide. Both Mark and Peter are avid fleamarketers and the houses are filled with their personal finds from around Greece.
