The space
Estia Luxury Living can accommodate up to 7 people, as it has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed and a regular sofa for extra people. The whole house is 160sqm on the ground floor and 1st floor.
The bedrooms both have king-size beds with anatomical mattresses, air conditioning, wardrobes and smart TV. One is about 30sqm, while the other is 20sqm. They have both windows, looking at the alley one, while the other the main road and a little bit of sea view. We have blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
