Hi,
we rent out a cozy 20 m^2 room with high ceilings and lots of natural light in our 230 m^2 flat which you share with five lovely flatmates. On the first level there is a huge kitchen/living room and the garden. On the second level there are the rooms and bath rooms.
There is a double sized bed in the room, but optionally you could use an additional inflatable bed in case you are more people or don't like each other. As it is a save and quiet area you may sleep with open windows.
The space
Backyard with huge garden (with a barbecue you can use) and tree-house to climb on and a fire-wood oven in our living-room for cold Vienna-Winter-nights.
We have 2 bathrooms, with rain shower and bathtubs, as well as 3 (separate) toilets.
Large livining room and kitchen to make your wildest cooking dreams come true.
