I'm renting my beautiful renovated 2-room-apartment in an historical old building in the most colourful and international hood in Vienna. The hip and beautiful Yppenplatz is right around the corner, as well as the Brunnenmarkt where u feel like walking through oriental bazaar.

The space
Since the sun is greeting u in the morning, it is really cool during the date and night. The livingroom is bright and the big Thaliastraße seems to be far away. The sleeping area is in the back of the arpartment, so its alway cool in there, due to the windows that faces the hallway, it's also really quiet and dark.

Guest access
U can use every room in the flat, there will be personal stuff too, so I wish u would respect my privacy and not open areas, that are marked 'privat'. There will be enough space for ur clothes in the dormroom.

Other things to note

As said before the Yppenplatz with many cafes and restaurants are about a 7min foodwalk away. U can have great Breakfast, nice Lunch and dinner, but most of all good drinks and company in hot summernights. There lot of alternative/queer places u can hang out. The Brunnenmarkt is 5min away from the flat. It's a colourful and exotic market, where u can get fresh and cheap fruits and vegetables, as well as turcish/arabic treats, meat and fish- the lenghts is about 1 km. On saturday there is great farmermarket with seasonal farmers selling there products. The apartment is locatet at the vivid Thaliastraße, u can get there everything u need and also public transports are leaving there.
