We have a balcony to the east side, so you have direct sun till midday...but it's not so hot in summer...It's a very comfortable, spacy apartment and a garden which can be used by all lodgers of the house which is very green and full of plants growing, and has a children area with a Sandbox and an indoor game area.

We love the near Augarten (it's a big spacy park close to our apartment), the prater, also a big spacy park with a lot of possibilities to explore. Also we love to stroll around our neighbourhood, to hang out at the relaxed cafés, to explore also the inner city.
