The studio is a part of a building with a very unique architecture that was made in 2005 from the owner.
This luxury studio is in a central place just 10 meters from the bus stop ,taxis,shops ,mini markets,coffee shops and taverns,minimarket,and 100 meters from the center of the traditional village attached in Thessaloniki named Pilea.

Guest access
In front of the studio there is a small garden,the studio has with his own entrance and also from the side of the building there is a private external parking well lighted all night.

The neighborhood is quiet an safe with small houses with gardens(and not buildings like the most towns in Greece)in the traditional habitat of old village of Pilea that was before separate but today is attached in Thessaloniki town & every Thursday in 2 minutes walk you can find the flea market with local fruits ,vegetables ,or fishes.
