My place is literally steps from Ftelia Beach, there are 2 really great beach bars right on the water, fun funky bohemian style, not very loud but a ton of fun during the day. You can drive to the main town within 10 minutes and to the local village and shopping within 5. There are great views from the veranda upstairs and a large outdoor bar and seating area downstairs for entertaining and hanging out after the beach.

The space
For those who want to be in a quiet home and just 60 meters far from the famous Ftelia Beach and the famous Italian restaurant then you are on the right point.  You will find a different way of life in that spacious house which has an outdoor comfortable dining room for 8 people, a bar with all the necessary such as draft beer, BBQ, and garden.

The house is on two levels, on the ground floor is the kitchen with the dining room for 4 people and a living room with the smart TV of 48 inches and the home cinema.
