Nerea Villa is a brand new 3-bedroom Villa with a private infinity pool and amazing sea and sunset views, only 4 km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. A few traditional taverns can be found at about 1500 meters away and a supermarket at 3 km.

The space
Nerea Villa is a ground level Villa and it offers a modern open plan living room area with direct access to the sea view pool area. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and living room area are also provided.

Three bedrooms with double beds and two en-suite bathrooms are provided. One common bathroom is also available.

All guests can enjoy a sea view private pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. A portable barbeuce is also provided. Private parking space can be found on the premises of the Villa as well.
