I would describe my place as a cosy one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a prewar typical Nyc building .  It is on the really quiet side of the Lower East side (pretty rare in this neighborhood). Bright and warm (windows on both sides which is also rare for nyc as well).  It is well designed (with my personal items, i am a designer myself) and pretty functional.  Nothing to fancy but you will definitely good there at day or night.  You also going to be super excited about the location. If you are in Nyc for a short or a longer term you this is definitely where you would like to stay. I am in Nyc since more than 10 years and i am still vibing so much about it.  This are is full of restaurent (a few recommendations to not miss here : Niche (great ramen place), Root & Bone, Post, Ivan Ramen, Takahachi, Van Da or again Lucien (favorite French brasserie) or Lui's Thaï (favorite Thai restaurant in nyc, super low key and cheap). Really cute coffee shop for the morning as Tiny's Giant, Blue Bottle Coffee or Clinton Baking for a typical American breakfast....
