Our apartment is perfect for families, a group of friends, business travellers or couples who enjoy a spacious place. It is located in the historic and trendy Spittelberg neighbourhood, and is just 5 minutes away from Museumsquartier & the famous Ring, as well as the metro (Volkstheater).

The place is a giant traditional "Altbau", meaning 3.7m high ceilings and giant wooden doors, where we combine old-style and new chic.

In consultation with Hannah a babysitter service is possible.

The space
We have recently refurbished the whole place in order to create a place that provides a lot of space for your mind & body while at the same time being cosy and letting you recharge your batteries. So we advise you to open the big doors to all three front rooms and just let your mind wander.

The 7th district (Neubau) in general and the neighbourhood (Spittelberg) in particular are amongst the hippest places in Vienna. There are plenty of indie designer stores, art galleries, fantastic bars and restaurants in the area. In fact, there are more exotic restaurants than trees, including one japanese, a chinese, an italian place, 2 hip austrian restaurants, 1 vegane ice cream store, two down to earth pubs etc etc etc within 100m of the apartment.

The neighbourhood continuously evolves. There are fantastic stores for sustainable and/ore independent designer clothes, at least 50 stores for kids stuff, a giant fleemarket twice a year and one of the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna. In other words: it pays to just stroll through the area for at least half a day and to enjoy the little streets and the very special atmosphere.

Travel Details from the host -> I am a 35+ year old Austrian who loves to travel and experience other places, cities and cultures. I am part of a family of four (wife, 2 young kids and me). Apart from travelling we are happy to host people from over the world in our wonderful apartment in our hometown Vienna.
