The appartment is placed in the center of Thessaloniki, 5-7 minutes walk to the White Tower, the famous sea-sight and the parks, the Roman Forum, the Archeological museum, the Byzantine museum, the "Kamara", the City Hall, the two Universities, the International Fair and about 10 min walk (or two bus stops) to the central market area. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants, three supermarkets, a couple of art galleries, gift shops etc. Nearby you can also find four "Rent a Car" agencies. It is a youth and student as well as a tourist area. Street noise should be expected since there is a lot of people and transport in the central area of the city.

Travel Details from the host -> We are a couple about 60 yo. Olia is an artist practicing ceramic sculpture and I work in education and as a freelancer translator. We love dogs and live with a large but unbelievably friendly female dog picked from the stray life. We like traveling and had a lot of interesting trips on a motorcycle during the past years. As we enjoy living in private rooms and apartments with local people we give the opportunity to others to stay with us in our apartment where Olia 's atelier - workshop is placed. As experienced travelers we like to live in accordance with others as quests and hosts.
