Our charming apartment is suitable for two to four people and perfectly located in the beautiful "Servitenviertel" where you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars, little cafés and supermarkets. It is in just 15 min walking distance to "Stephansplatz" and the "Donaukanal" (a side river of the Danube) is just next to the apartment.

Metro station just next to the apartment which makes it super easy to reach from the airport and train or bus stations.

The space
Everything you need for a few days is available in the apartment: freshly made beds, bathroom (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper), washing machine; and a small closet for clothes as well as a cloakroom.
The kitchen can be used and I will also provide you with a small breakfast (coffee / tea, toast, jam, etc.).
The balcony is perfect for smokers and lovers of fresh air :)
