Our clean newly renovated 2-room, large balcony apartment is just minutes from the beach and steps from the center in the heart of the village of Paleochora It comfortably fits a couple or a small family. The perfect Greek holiday!
The space
This is conveniently located and newly renovated apartment in the old traditional area of the village. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and great coffee maker. There is a bedroom with a double bed and large cupboard and a living room with a pull out couch which is good for either one adult or two children. A large balcony with a veranda protecting it from the sun has a dining table and chairs and overlooks the local area a block from the main street, while a small balcony on the back of the apartment overlooks the less frequented area of town, and a small balcony on the side overlooks part of the village and mountains.

It is a place that people feel at home and they come back to visit year after year.
Our part of town is where the locals live, it is an area that was established a long time ago, and still holds a lot of local character.
