Our house is located in the privileged area of Nea Chora in the heart of the city of Chania, and this is because it is only 5 minutes from the center of Chania and the main bus station, 10 minutes from the sandy beach of Nea Chora and less than 5 minutes from the old Venetian port, and all this on foot!
The space
The house was renovated in mid-2022, and provides all comforts. Air conditioning in all the basic rooms (bedrooms, living room, dining room), new energy-efficient windows with double glazing and a 200lt solar water heater for hot water all day.
Our space can accommodate up to 5 people, and is ideal whether it is your vacation, a business trip or even working remotely in your office.
Upon your arrival we will be there to meet you and welcome you by offering you local traditional products.

A few meters from the house there is a park and on the road next to the park (Meletiou Piga street) every Thursday there is a street market of local products with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and local products. Also very close to the house at a distance of 2 minutes on foot you will find a large supermarket.
Due to the public market that takes place every Thursday on Meletiou Piga street, you should be careful not to park your car on this street the day before and leave it for the whole evening (you can have it parked until noon to Wednesday afternoon ).
