Our house is underneath the two famous blue dome churches. It is a traditional cave house on the picturesque cliff with incredible panoramic views. To get from the main square to the house, you will need to take the 90+ cliffside steps. The view from them is incredible. The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and living room with a single bed/sofa. We also have an extra cot with mattress.

The space
The space is traditional in that the layout is original. it is about 30 square meters. You can live how traditional Santorinians lived, but with a touch of modern technology! We have WIFI and air conditioning. It is small and sweet. We made it nice and cozy for ourselves, and hope you will enjoy staying there as much as we do!

The house is a short walk to the main streets of the village. There you will find the bus terminal (with buses touring to each village of the island), taxis, jewellery and art galleries, shops and restaurants. Outside the house are steps leading down to the small bay of Armenaki, where delicious meals, divine swims and delightful boat tours await you! Walk up and you are within walking distance of beaches, bays, the famous castle ruins and windmills of the island.

Travel Details from the host -> This house is the vacation house of my boyfriend's family. He can tell you stories about digging into the cave, and bringing up buckets of stones! We met ten years ago, and over the years fell in love with the village and each other. I am Canadian and he is French Greek. We are both passionate about cooking, traveling and the beach.
