1 Bedroom apartment with 2 balconies. Located on the 7th floor, it is really quiet and full of light, with an unobstructed view.
The space
The place has been fully renovated early 2018, and has all brand new furnitures. Its balcony is a quiet and great place to stay or to smoke a cigarette (rest of the apartment is non-smoker). Enjoy staying on the coach, or a quick walk to famous Sacre Coeur which is a 15mn walk from the apartment.
For your information, the building is currently being renovated, but don't worry, my part has been done. As for the other part of the building that is still being renovated, it is far from my windows, and this is mainly painting work, so no noisy work is planned. You will not be disturbed by the renovation.

Apart from my closet which are full with my clothes (since I live in the apartment), you will have full access to my apartment.
