The space
My home is really calm and sunny. There, you forget the noise of the city.
An artist spirit, with the ateliers in the court, great paintings on the walls, and Montparnasse and its famous restaurants so close.
Just close to the nicest gardens in Paris, the Luxembourg and Observatoire.
Ideally situated for metro and RER which make it easy to go to Versailles, Eurodisney, and both airports.

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is really fantastic:
you can go by foot to the Sorbonne and main universities.
The beautiful Luxembourg and Observatoire gardens are really close, just 2 steps. They are the best parisian gardens for a rest under the trees or in the sun, or for children.
Montparnasse and its famous restaurants, la Closerie des Lilas, la Coupole, really close. Saint Germain des Prés quite close.
But, as the street is not a comercial street, the place is really quiet, and you feel safe and can rest from the city.
