I rent my apartment during spring and summer. It is a traditional and spacious apartment, in a "Haussmann" style located near Eiffel Tower. It is ideal to stay comfortable in Paris during several days (about 70 square meters available).

The kitchen has all necessary utensils for cooking, There is a bathtub with a shower, the WC are separate.

Cleaning fees are included but please take care of the general cleanliness. (take off your shoes in the flat).

Neighborbood Overview:

This left bank building is located in a nice residential and safe neighborhood, ideal for visiting Paris. When the weather is fine, you can have a picnic in the "Champ de Mars" at 5 minutes just in front of Eiffel Tower .
There are two Metro stations (Cambronne and La motte Piquet) near home, and three Metro lines 6, 8, 10, several Vélib stations (public bicycle sharing system) and bus stops around so you can go everywhere quickly.
There are shops and restaurants ("brasseries") very close to the apartment. The neighborhood is nice and residential.
