My apartment is located in a quiet street and well-secured building.
I have been leaving there for 5 years and paid attention to make it very cosy. Its terrasse (40m2 !), comfort and localisation make it really unique. You'll love your stay!
The space
My building is equipped with an elevator. The entrance door of the apartment is reinforced and the windows are double-glazed. Besides, the light goes easily across the living room which makes it very luminous. What's more, my apartment is extremely well-furnished :

Check-in time: flexible.
Check-out schedule: best before 12am. I can manage some exceptions.
You will be given the keys of the apartment in hand at your arrival and will keep them until you leave.
