The space
This lovely family duplex comes with a 50 square meter terrasse oriented South wich means its sunny all day long ! You can also take your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony.
The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the beautiful Canal de l'Ourcq, filled with numerous cosy cafés on the water.
Our building is at 150 meters of the metro line 7 which connects directly with the opera, the Louvre, the best Seine neighborhoods, as well as the Latin Quarter ! A very 'strategic' position.

Travel Details from the host

We are a parisian family with a little girl. We used to live in New York but we are now completely in love with Paris and it's charms. Amongst all the things we adore doing, like going to the movies and visiting the many parisian museums, we also particularly enjoy eating "macarons" at Ladurée near the Opera, wandering about the Quartier Latin's libraries, having a drink in the evening near Montmartre or simply a nice walk on the Seine's river banks. We love to travel and are thrilled to welcome travelers in our flat. We are particularly careful in keeping clean and confortable for we know how much it counts. Nous sommes tous les deux étudiants en Master à la Sorbonne, en philosophie et en cinéma. Nous avons tous les deux vécus de nombreuses années à New York mais sommes complètement amoureux de Paris et de ses charmes. Parmi les choses que nous préférons faire, outre le cinéma et les nombreux musées, il y a se ballader en amoureux sur quais de la Seine, aller manger des macarons chez Ladurée près le l'Opéra, flâner dans les librairies du quartier latin ou aller prendre un verre le soir près de Montmartre. Nous adorons voyager mais sommes aussi très enthousiastes à l'idée d'accueillir des gens chez nous. Nous sommes très attentif à la propreté car il nous importe par dessus-tout que nos invités se sentent parfaitement à l'aise.
