Welcome to our house !
We are on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator surrounded by a pretty garden with lots of trees where you can hear the birds singing. 2 large balconies, one of which is located in the living room, will allow you to fully enjoy it. We are very well located for visiting Paris with metro lines 1 and 9, RER A and numerous buses and trams below us. For cycling enthusiasts, Vélib stations are available.

The space
Our apartment is really nice, spacious and comfortable. Decorated with care, it offers a privileged environment of life in Paris. It consists of a large living-room with balcony overlooking a pretty garden. There are 2 nice rooms with a long balcony overlooking each of them. 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bath). In the kitchen, everything is for cooking! Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer ... there is also available in the apartment television, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner ...Unlimited wi-fi access.

Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is ideally located for visiting the capital, near Place de la Nation.
We are at the foot of the metro station Maraichers (line 9) and Porte de Vincennes (line 1).
You can go directly to Bastille metro stations (10mn) Le Louvre (15mn) Champs-Elysées (20mn) République (Marais district in 15 minutes) Chaussée d'Antin Lafayette (Galeries Lafayette in 20 minutes).
The Père Lachaise cemetery is a 15-minute walk away. The RER A direct from Nation to Disneyland is 10 mins walk. The neighborhood is quiet and you have at your disposal, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy ... There is also a large market with many fresh products (fish, meat, vegetables and organic fruit) on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
