Marion La Lumiere Residence is located right on the beach, in the picturesque Petres area 15 km west of Rethymnon town. The residence is located within just 10meters walking distance from a local restaurant, as well as the sandy organised beach of Petres.

In addition, the beach of Episkopi is also located really close, just 3 minutes away by car, or 20 minutes walking distance, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.
