Spacious apartment ( 90 sq/m) ideally situated in the heart of Brussels. Overlooking the canal, the view opens on the numerous industrial era buildings, the old belle-vue brewery that turned into a beer museum and the Mima (museum of modern art).
The apartment is classy and decorated with little gems I found while travelling (there is a lot of ex USSR memorabilia but don't worry, it doesn't reflect my politics :) )

The space
The big asset of the flat is its large window bay on the canal. It's very luminous and the light gets beautiful in the evening. You can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and look at the sun setting down on the water. For more privacy, there is a long balcony that can be reached by both bedrooms. This also gives a lot of lights to those rooms.

Very hip neighborhood. Close to museums (Mima, Brasserie Bellevue, Imal) and bars (quartier Dansaert / Rue de Flandres) where the brussels art community likes to get together for drinks in very typical belgian bars.
Rue de Flandres and Rue Dansaert are also renown for the quality of their restaurants. You can not go wrong there. No tourist traps, only the best that Brussels can offer.
It doesn't only have the best restaurants but also the best shops. For clothes, design or food. If you want a good bread like they bake them in Paris, make sure to go to "chez charli". If you like good meat "au comptoir de Tom" or "Dierendonck", good fish "noordzee" and if you like asian food you'll find the asian supermarket at the end of rue de Flandres.
There is an organic supermarket 5 minutes away from my flat (Färm) and a lot of convenient stores, épiceries, small supermarket, etc.
For people who want to visit Brussels, you can get to grand place in 15 minutes walk but I advis
