The airport train stops at Rennweg which is conveniently where my flat is located so if arriving by plane, you avoid the hassle of constantly switching public transport and waiting around. The 71 tram is nearby. It takes you to all the main stops such as Karlsplatz, Rathaus, Schottentor, and Schottenring (goes all around the ring and stops at the main attractions such as: the Opera House, the Parlament, City Hall, Museumsquartier etc.) Wien Hauptbahnhof (train station) is only two stops away.

The space
You will have access to all amenities inside the flat including the bathroom and kitchen. If you would like to buy groceries during your stay, please feel free to use the refrigerator as well. My neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL. Belvedere Castle is about a 10 minute walk from the flat and is a must see here in Vienna. There is also Hundertwasserhaus which is only one stop away by Sbahn (train). It's the most unique architecture you'll probably ever see. There is also the ever so popular Mitte Landstraße which hosts a mall filled with the best shopping stores within the mall as well as down the street. Museum's Quartier and Mariahilfer are also a just do when in Vienna. I haven't even mentioned the bountiful parks in Vienna. The popular Stadt Park is also located in the 3rd district.
For those who enjoy the nightlife, Schwedenplatz is about 17 minutes away by public transport which runs all night on weekends. Simply put, most places are approximately 10-20 minutes away by public transport due to the centrality of the flat. You'll be highly satisfied you chose to stay here.
