The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese building and has just been renovated. As an architect with passion for old stuff I tried to create an unique place with a mix of old and new, which gives the apartment a very special atmosphere.
The flat offers everything you need and is in a great location in the up-and-coming Ottakring near the hip Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt.
Due to a very good connection to public transport you can reach the center in a few minutes.

The space
The balcony and the toilet are on the corridor immediately in front of the apartment door, so outside the apartment on the same floor. These facilities are exclusively for guests of the apartment and are not used by other parties in the house (key). The bathroom with spacious shower is in the flat, of course.

Other things to note

The area around the Brunnenmarkt with its many multi-cultural restaurants, is one of the most popular areas in Vienna, Yppenplatz is one of the hippest and most comfortable squares in Vienna. At 10 min. distance you reach the "Gürtel" (lightrail arches) where you find a lot of bars and nightclubs. If you go to the other direction by tram you can escape the city if you seek for greenery and vineyards and the famous Wiener "Heuriger" where you can taste local vine.
I like the district's international flair combined with the traditional atmosphere of this district, the Ottakringer brewery and the Mannerschnitten factory are just around the corner ..
