The flat is located in the upper part of the 4th district, right behind the beautiful Karlskirche (picture) in the center of Vienna. Several public transports are next to the door.
You will share the flat with my three roommates Udo, Hans & Josef, they are all students and if it's sunny outside probably not at home. U will share a big bathroom together as well as a WC and the kitchen. They are nice & easy people! My room will be all yours.
PS: it's a smoker's flat (but just in the kitchen)
The space
The flat is in the 4th floor, so you are above Viennas rooftops, which is a big plus of the flat, because you have an unbelievable quite atmosphere, although you are in the heart of the city.
Guest access
There's a connection-door to the room of my flatmate, which makes both rooms a little clairaudient. But Udo will be considerately as you'll remain in the room :)
