The maisonette in question is 90 m2 with 2 big bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large bathroom, a store room and a WC. It is situated in a small traditional village ''Polemarchi'' 25km from Chania.The bigger coastal village Tavronitis is just 2 km away and has super markets, pharmacy, dry cleaner, cafe's, taverns etc.

The space
The view from the balcony is amazing since you can admire the olive trees, the villages nearby and the sea.

In our cute courtyyard there is a quite big swimming poolavailable to the tenants of the house.

Other things to note
Polemarchi village is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and the house is suitable for couples with kids since there is a cradle and a children's room.
