The stone villa Rodi is located on the slope of a small hill, surrounded by green trees. The house has a huge terrace with a large pergola next to the pool, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful view that give the olive groves of the area, the deep blue sea and the picturesque village of Almyrida. The experience of our architects is reflected in the house plans, as they have managed to blend the local environment with modern aesthetics.

The space
The ground floor includes an open kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with fireplace and a small WC. Large windows offer spectacular view and let the light penetrate undisturbed into the rooms.
The first floor of the villa consists of: the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with one large bathroom. All rooms have balconies and spectacular sea view.
In the basement of the house there is a spacious bathroom with a steam room and a small seating area.
