This charming Loft is situated in the middle of the 8th district, 10 minutes away from the City Hall. The 8th district is well known and popular for its beautiful little restaurants and quaint shops. our apartment is very close to the English Theater and Theater an der Josefstadt.

The space
Our apartment is a very beautiful space with high arched ceilings . On one end of the flat is a big spacious living room with a dining table, desk and sofa bed. In the hall leading to the bedroom is the kitchen area. The little kitchen is well equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee machine , and microwave oven. At the end of the hall is the bedroom , with a queen size bed which also has a little terrace .
Behind the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilette.
