The space
Maintaining its Greek style,this newly refurbished house consists of three airy and sunny rooms, a master bedroom , a capacious dining room and a living room that comes with a sofa that turns into a comfy bed, which can conveniently accommodate two more guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances while the bathroom comes with a walk in shower. Our home can comfortably host 4 guests, thus it is ideal for either couples or families, please bear in mind that all rooms are air conditioned.

The apartment is located in the heart of Exarcheia, one of the most intriguing, as well as central parts of Athens. Only a 10 min walk from both Panepistimio metro station and the Archaelogical Museum, this place is conveniently located in order to easily explore every part of town. At the same time, in our neighborhood there are plenty of quirky cafes and bars, but also a lot of traditional shops such as a handmade shoe shop next to the apartment.On top of that, the organic farmers’ and flower market takes place every Saturday morning just around the corner. Besides being one the most interesting parts of town Exarcheia has genuine non touristic places to enjoy local dishes, such as the tavern of Barba Yannis , one of the most historic and oldest restaurants in Athens, that is literally a minute away from our place.
