The space
The villa is located on the first line from the sea. The beach is 200 m away. A quiet place, within walking distance of shops, taverns. Tourist areas are 5 minutes away by car.
Guest access
Guests of each of the villas have access to:
1st floor-living room, kitchen, toilet with shower;
2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, toilet with bath.
The entrance and the two-storey hall are shared by the two villas.
Each villa has a separate swimming pool with a shaded terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a personal safe and an alarm system.
